Program Overview

Target Audience:

  • Students ages 11–17 (at-risk due to socioeconomic or academic challenges)

Hours of Operation

  • Mon–Thurs, 3:30–7:00 PM

Core Components:

  • Academic Support (tutoring, literacy & math labs)
  • Enrichment (arts, STEM, sports)
  • Life Skills (conflict resolution, financial literacy, time management)
  • Mentorship (1:1 pairing with adult mentors)
  • Family Engagement (workshops & support)

Mentorship Model:

  • Weekly 1:1 mentor-mentee check-ins (in-person + virtual).
  • Multi-tiered support: peer, cross-age, adult mentors.

Support Areas:

  • Academic tutoring, GPA tracking.
  • College & Career prep.
  • Life skills & Social and Emotional Learning
  • Community engagement & leadership training.
